John is Managing Director and shareholder of CB Technology. He joined the company in 2014, after leading the Management team that acquired the company from its founding owners. John has 25 years’ experience in Technical, Commercial and Leadership roles with Honeywell, GE and United Technologies, across a range of industries and global locations.
Graham is Finance Director and shareholder of CB Technology responsible for all financial, HR and IT matters of the business. He joined the company in 2014 as part of the Management team that acquired the company. Graham is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and over the past 15 years has served as CFO/FD in a number of private equity backed companies, both in the UK and US.
Laurence is Chairman of the Board, and has responsibility for strategic Business Development activities within the Oil & Gas sector. In addition, he is the Chairman of 3 oilfield technology companies and acts as an advisor to a range of companies within the sector. Laurence is a member of the Advisory Board at Heriot-Watt Institute of Petroleum Engineering and an Honorary Research Fellow.
Alex is the Operations Manager at CB Technology. His primary areas of responsibility are Production, Quality, Test and EHS within the business. He joined the company in 2011, and has 22 years’ experience in Operational Management, Lean and Quality Improvement roles across a range of companies and industries, including Scottish Enterprise, Honeywell and Jabil.
With 30+ years in electronics, Derek has held roles in manufacturing, production management, purchasing, sales and business development within both SME’s and global multinationals including OKI, Jabil, Molex and Farnell. His most recent role was Regional Sales Manager for a global component distributor before joining CB Technology in early 2016 as their Business Development Manager.
Paul is the Production Manager and joined the company in March 2014. He has a wealth of experience in the Electronics Industry with the Ministry of Defence, Motorola, Sun Microsystems and Raytheon Systems. Before progressing into management roles Paul started as an electronic debug technician before moving onto Systems Failure Analysis on large scale servers.
